Standard Delivery – FREE
Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. This takes 2-3 working days to arrive this service is not tracked. Order before 12pm for same day dispatch.

Tracked delivery - £3.95
Items are sent via Royal Mail 24 tracked. This takes 1-2 working days to arrive and is a fully tracked service to give peace of mind. Order before 12pm for same day dispatch.
Tracked orders over £30 postage will be FREE
Express Delivery - £8
Items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Ordered before 12pm for same day dispatch.

International Delivery - £10
I currently only offer delivery to America and Australia outside of the UK but I do hope to extend this service at some point.
All items are sent via Royal Mail international Track service with takes approximately 5-7 working days to arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me through the contact page and quote your order number.

I can accept returns or exchanges on stock items. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund or exchange personalised or custom-made items. Please note that due to their unique nature custom orders are only refundable if there is a fault with the item.

Goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of contacting to allow us to proceed the refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if more than 14 days have passed since placing your order.

I recommend returning your item using a recorded delivery service as items remain your responsibility until we receive them and we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
